MOUTH TAPE

Mouth taping is the practice of applying tape over the mouth to encourage breathing through the nose. The basic premise is to optimise nasal breathing and thus airflow, improving oxygen intake and sleep quality. Before mouth taping, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional.

Can you sleep with Easy Breathe nasal strips or mouth tape?

Yes.

Note that while our nasal strips can improve airflow, they are not designed to treat sleep disorders like sleep apnea. If you suspect you have a sleep-related condition, it's best to seek advice from a healthcare professional.

What are Easy Breathe nasal strips and mouth tape made from?

95% Cotton, 5% Spandex, and medical-grade adhesive.

How long can you wear Easy Breathe nasal strips or mouth tape?

You can wear Easy Breathe nasal strips for up to 12 hours within a 24-hour period. Please do not exceed this recommended duration. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

MOUTH TAPE

You can wear Easy Breathe mouth tape for the duration of your exercise or sleep. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
